While there are a lot of information on the net, I personally felt the article from Shape.com categorically explained the differences. Then there is another challenge. Even though the consistent advice was to check for “whole”, (💯 if possible), different brands make comparisons difficult and local bakeries sometimes don’t provide good enough details 😔
There’re other healthy bread varieties such as sourdoughs, rye, spelt bread too.. and growing number of creative combinations as bakers mix and match to try and get more consumers share of wallet.
We’re really spoilt for choice! For me, taste is equally important.
