I’m one of those people who have to consume more fiber foods to maintain regular bowel movement. For us with digestive problems, these “good” bacteria help to keep our guts healthy. And with a rich chocolate taste, what not to like😉.

Plants cafe

Ooohh! So pretty … plants and succulents have a very special and healing effect. And a cafe inside! Aroma of coffee, cakes, soft music and comfortable seats. What more can I ask for?

Which bread is best?

Often we hear white bread is less healthy. But when vitamins, minerals and fibers are added? How about wholemeal, whole grains, multigrain? Which one is healthier?

While there are a lot of information on the net, I personally felt the article from Shape.com categorically explained the differences. Then there is another challenge. Even though the consistent advice was to check for “whole”, (💯 if possible), different brands make comparisons difficult and local bakeries sometimes don’t provide good enough details 😔

There’re other healthy bread varieties such as sourdoughs, rye, spelt bread too.. and growing number of creative combinations as bakers mix and match to try and get more consumers share of wallet.

We’re really spoilt for choice! For me, taste is equally important.
